Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Luxury Haven Pre, including purchases made through the online store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Buyer Terms, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Store and eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and must provide accurate account, payment, billing, and delivery information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping account credentials secure.

2. Pre-owned product information

Unless expressly stated otherwise, merchandise is pre-owned and generally one-of-one. Age, prior use, storage, repairs, and normal variations can be present. Product photographs, measurements, condition grades, condition notes, and included accessories form part of the product description and should be reviewed before purchase.

3. Authenticity and brand independence

Items offered for sale must complete our authenticity and condition review. Brand names and trademarks are used only to identify products. Luxury Haven Pre is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the original brands unless expressly stated.

4. Orders and availability

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after checkout is completed and order confirmation is issued. Cart placement does not reserve inventory. We may cancel and refund an order when inventory is unavailable, listing or pricing information is materially incorrect, payment cannot be verified, delivery is unavailable, or fraud, sanctions, export, or other legal concerns arise.

5. Prices, currencies, taxes, and duties

Prices and available currencies depend on the selected market. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other charges are shown at checkout when supported. Charges not collected at checkout, including destination customs duties or brokerage fees, are the buyer's responsibility unless applicable law provides otherwise.

6. Payments

Payment must be made through the official checkout using an available payment method. We or the payment provider may conduct additional verification for high-value or unusual transactions. We do not request payment to personal accounts outside the official checkout.

7. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping services and estimates are governed by the Shipping Policy and checkout information. Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to the order.

8. Accuracy of the site

We aim to keep descriptions, availability, prices, and other information accurate, but errors can occur. We may correct information or cancel an affected order before fulfillment. Display settings and lighting can affect the appearance of color and texture.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the site for fraud, unlawful activity, security testing without authorization, interference with store operation, scraping that burdens the service, infringement of intellectual property, or transmission of harmful code. We may restrict access or cancel orders connected with prohibited activity.

12. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an as-available basis. We do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

13. Changes and severability

We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version. The terms in effect when an order is placed govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
