Where we ship

We ship only to destinations available in the country or region selector and at checkout. A destination is eligible only when it is included in an active Shopify Market and has an available shipping rate.

Processing and verification

Orders can require payment, identity, billing, or delivery verification before dispatch. Items are carefully packed after verification. Processing time is separate from the carrier's delivery estimate.

Rates and delivery estimates

Available delivery services, charges, and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout based on destination and order details. Carrier estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by customs, weather, holidays, security checks, service interruptions, or remote-area conditions.

Tracking and signature

Tracking is provided after fulfillment. High-value shipments may require a signature, identity confirmation, or other delivery safeguards. The buyer is responsible for monitoring tracking and responding promptly to carrier or customs requests.

Address accuracy

The buyer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery, refusal, or unclaimed parcel may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.

International duties and taxes

International orders can be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import restrictions. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, they are assessed separately by the destination country or carrier and are the buyer's responsibility. Luxury Haven Pre cannot declare an inaccurate value or mark a commercial order as a gift.

Lost, damaged, or tampered parcels

If tracking is delayed, or if a parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with, contact us promptly. Preserve the item, parcel, labels, and all packaging and provide the order number and clear photographs. Carrier investigations and supporting documentation may be required before a resolution can be issued.

Returns

Do not send an item back without contacting us for return authorization and instructions. Eligibility, timing, condition requirements, costs, and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
