These Buyer Terms apply to purchases made from Luxury Haven Pre. They supplement our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and the information shown on each product page and at checkout.
Pre-owned and one-of-one items
Unless expressly stated otherwise, items are pre-owned and generally available in a quantity of one. Normal signs of age, prior use, storage, or repair can be present. Review every photograph, measurement, condition grade, condition note, and list of included accessories before purchasing.
Condition and photography
Condition grades summarize the item as a whole and do not replace item-specific notes. We aim to photograph and describe material wear and known repairs. Display settings, lighting, and screen calibration can affect how color and texture appear. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.
Authenticity review
Items offered for sale must complete our authenticity and condition review. Brand names and trademarks are used only to identify products. Luxury Haven Pre is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the original brands unless expressly stated.
Availability and order acceptance
Placing an item in a cart does not reserve it. An order is accepted only after checkout is completed and we send order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order when an item is unavailable, pricing or listing information is materially incorrect, payment cannot be verified, delivery is not reasonably available, or fraud or legal compliance concerns arise.
Prices, currency, taxes, and duties
Prices and available currencies are displayed for the selected market. Taxes, delivery fees, duties, and other destination charges are shown at checkout when supported. Where duties or import charges are not collected at checkout, the buyer is responsible for charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.
Payment and verification
Payment must be completed through the official checkout. High-value transactions can require additional identity, payment, billing, or delivery verification. Never send payment to an individual account or outside the official checkout flow.
Shipping and delivery
Available services, charges, and estimates appear at checkout. Tracking and any signature requirements will be communicated after fulfillment. The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for responding to carrier or customs requests.
Returns
Eligible returns must follow our Refund Policy. Security tags, packaging, documentation, and all included accessories must remain intact, and the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by these terms.
