Trust begins with a disciplined review. Every item offered through our store must complete an authenticity and condition assessment before it is made available for sale.
Our review framework
- Identity review. We examine brand-specific construction, materials, hardware, markings, date or serial information, and known production details.
- Consistency checks. The item is compared with expected references for its model, era, and place of manufacture.
- Condition documentation. Wear, repairs, replacements, and included accessories are recorded separately from the authenticity decision.
- Final release. Only items that satisfy the review standard move forward to the catalog.
What appears on an item page
Each listing is designed to show the item number, condition grade, item-specific notes, measurements, included accessories, and clear photography. When supporting documentation is available, it can also be recorded in the item details.
Authentication and condition are related, but they are not the same. An authentic vintage item can show extensive wear; condition is always disclosed separately.
If a concern is raised
Contact client services with the order number and the details of your concern. The item and its review record can then be assessed under the applicable order and return terms.
